Customer Reviews:
5 out of 5 stars A Quality Product at a Great Price!   August 11, 2010
P. Smith (Oklahoma City, OK USA)
This was a late Christmas present from my wife, and I love it! I've always wanted aluminum cookware,
but could never justify the cost. The price from Amazon on this 10 piece set made it too attractive to pass
up. I own a KitchenAid mixer and food processor, and have found their quality and performance to be
excellent. Their cookware is every bit as good as their other products! After cooking with their cookware
for 8 months I can say that it was money well spent! I had to reduce my cooking times by about 15%
because aluminum cooks so much more evenly and quickly. I burned a few things in the beginning,
but the cleaner, "Barkeeper's Friend," restored the finish to like new. The only complaint I have is the
pots go from 3 quart to 8 quart. A 5 or 6 quart pot in between would have been nice. Other than that I
have no complaints. 5 stars and highly recommended!

5 out of 5 stars Good purchase   August 5, 2010

Purchased this cookware set after buying an induction cooktop, which required stainless steel cookware to work. This set was highly rated for induction cooktop, but was priced significantly lower than others. Haven't regretted the purchase once. Nice quality, great performance for everyday cooking.

4 out of 5 stars Great cookware for the price   July 20, 2010
Music Learner (Lewisburg, PA USA)
I love many, many things about this set of cookware: the sizes and design of the pieces, the weight, the perfectly-fitting lids, the fast and even heating, and the fact that the bottoms sit perfectly level on my ceramic-top range. My only disappointment is that I don't find the brushed stainless steel surfaces particularly easy to clean: I've tried cotton dish cloths, those synthetic non-scratch scrubby things, and the dishwasher. Haven't tried vinegar yet per manufacturer's instructions, but that will be my next step. The "prints" of rice and pasta remain in the bottom of the pots after washing, for instance, and when I've fried eggs in the smaller skillet, I haven't been able to scrub out all of the residue. (On the other hand, the over-medium eggs were easy to lift out with a spatula, after being fried in a good coating of non-stick spray and just a little butter: this was my main concern when switching from non-stick back to stainless steel.) All in all, I would buy this set again.

This set is every bit as good as my All-Clad pieces but a lot less expensive. Actually, the handles are better on the Kitchenaid pans. I highly recommend purchasing this product.

4 out of 5 stars Heavy, high quality stainless steel cookware   July 6, 2010
Joseph Sudano (Dix Hills, NY United States)
Over all I am very pleased with the purchase of this cookware. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the stockpot seems to have pitted on the bottom after using it the first time. I did not notice the pitting prior to cooking pasta. I used freshly ground sea salt to season the water. After I emptied the pot the pitting was apparent. I tried bar keepers friend to see if that would help, but it didn't.

I have since used the stock pot without incident. I have also used the 10" skillet to sautee mushrooms and had no problems. Maybe the pitting was on the bottom of the pot when I received them. The set was definitely new, due to the way they are packaged that goes without question.

All in all seems to be a high quality set for the money.
