This is the first time I have ordered cookware. Most of the time I just buy in pieces. I am amazed at how well cusinart stainless cookware performs. It cleans up easily and has kept it's shine. You have to make sure you read the directions. Because it's stainless you shouldn't cook on high, even when boiling water. Make sure you use extra oil or butter when frying. Don't use the spray stuff like Pam. Never put hot pans in water to clean! This warps any type of pan.

This cookware made a wonderful wedding gift for my niece and her new husband. They report that it works well and cleans up nicely after. There are some lovely extra pieces to upgrade the set. I added (from amazon); the 1qt. saucepan, the glass covered pot, and the wok.

I just bought this set and I love it. It cooks and cleans up like a dream. I was concerned that it might be difficult to clean when I read some other reviews but I have had absolutely no problems with it.

I held off writing a review so that I could really put these pieces to work. I've been impressed with this set. Enough pieces to suit every need, just the right weight and feel. Definitely not heavy like some others, but definitely not light weight No problems cleaning - maybe a little more attention to cleaning but they clean up well. I've had to break out the Bar Keepers Friend only on a couple of occasions and it easily did the trick. I only do that on the insides. The outside keeps its mirror finish with just soap and water. And cooking is fun - I feel more in control of the flame with these.

I gave this to my son and his wife for Christmas. Both have told me that the cookware is awesome and the best Christmas gift ever. The cookware heated evenly and it is easy for them to clean. Definitely 5 stars.
