| Customer Reviews: a beautiful addition to the full set of cookware September 2, 2010 Frederick E. Ansted I upgraded my niece's cookware/wedding gift with this classic pot. It is a terrific addition to the seventeen piece set.
Cuisinart All Purpose Pot August 31, 2010 Reviewer Mary (Little Falls, NJ United States) It is definitely a multi-purpose pot as I use this pot for everything. From blanching to stir frying, to grilling. Easy to clean and my pot still looks brand new although I've had it for many months! I only gave it 4 stars because of the non vented cover. I find that cooking liquids creates a mess around the cook top.
Mixed feelings August 25, 2010 once bitten twice shy (Augusta, GA) It is obvious from the previos reviews that everyone does not have the same issues. I am pleased with the pot itself. I ordered several cuisinart pots when I ordered this one. This is the only one to have black spots. Not just on the bottom! I like the size and the overall use of it. I hate the spots. They drive me insane!!! If you can stand looking at black spots after you clean a pan, then by all means I reccomend this pot. If not, don't waste your money, unless you can return it. It is hit and miss whether you will get a defective one. Hope this review helps someone.
not so good as I expected August 11, 2010 C. Wang After my first use, there were some spots which can't be clearned(Just like former users said). I hate these black spots and I can't return it....
Great Pan and Love the Glass Lid July 24, 2010 Cityhopper I was going to buy a second Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless 3-Quart Chef's Pan with Cover and decided to go with the 5-1/2 Quart pan. I am glad I did. The size is perfect and I find just has versatile as the Chef's Pan. It's light weight and I love the two handle grips.
Given the price, I have no complaints of this pan and hope to use it for a long time.
