This item is indeed amazing! It takes the pure juice out of practically all vegetables and fruit. It is a wonderful steamer for seafood and a real help in anyone's kitchen. I don't know why I haven't had one for years. Redman

I have only used this product to make Elderberry juice but it has made the task 100% more enjoyable. I am looking forward to trying other foods in the juice extractor.

Steam juicing is amazing! Easy to process the fruit and the juice is rich in flavor. This Cook-N-Home juicer works great too. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the stainless steel is a little on the thin side and the spot welds on the handles could have been stronger. With a little care, it should last for years though. Two gallons of apple pieces yield just shy of three quarts of rich juice when you let all the juice drip out. We cap two quarts of juice in about 60 minutes and start the next batch, setting the spent apples aside to drain the rest of the juice through a colander. For the price, I recommend this as a good way to get started steam juicing.

I absolutely love this steamer! I've used it several times since ordering, it's very easy to use, cleans up wonderfully and is very sturdy. I used it to juice blackberries and peaches. I peeled my peaches and froze them, then used the peeling to make peach juice for jam. I had the top full of peach peelings, after about an hr and half I had a full gallon of peach juice with NO work! It's the most wonferful thing ever for making juice. I will also be making tomato juice and grape juice. I didn' have to worry about the bottom pot boiling dry - it didn't even come close. Excellent Steamer/Juicer!!!
